A: Our cuisine is a fusion of West Indian (Caribbean) and American flavors. We also cater to dietary needs such as dairy-free, vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options.

Guest Capacity:

Q: How many people can you accommodate?

A: Small catering events serve up to 20 people, while private dining experiences cater to groups of up to 10, depending on the service.

Pricing:

Q: What are your prices?

A: At-Home Meal Prep: $350 per day, with grocery costs reimbursed (up to 24 meals).

Private Dinners: Starting at $150.00 for a 4-course seasonal menu.

Catering: Starts at $100.00.

Additional fees may apply, and a service fee is added at the end for both catering and private dinners. Prices may vary based on menu items.

Booking:

Q: How can I book your services?

A: You can book via email or through our website. Please provide date, time, number of guests, dietary restrictions, your contact information, and event location.

Menu Consistency:

Q: Do all guests receive the same menu?

A: Yes, each guest receives the same standard menu on the day of the event.

Host Preparation:

Q: What is required from the host?

A: We request space in the fridge and freezer for food storage, along with a clear and clean countertop and dining table for service.

 

Payment:

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the bill is required two weeks before the event, with the balance due one week before. Payments are accepted through Zelle.

Cancellation Policy:

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Please make any changes or cancellations at least one week before the event date.

Emergency Protocol:

Q: What happens in case of an emergency?

A: In the event of an emergency for either the chef or the client, arrangements will be made to reschedule the event.
